• Account data — your name, email address, and password (hashed) when you create an account.
• Billing data — handled by our payment provider, Paddle. We do not store your full card details on our servers (see “Payments” below).
• Google Search Console data — if you connect GSC, we access your search analytics (queries, clicks, impressions, positions) solely to power features like Easy Wins. We do not sell or share this data.
• Content & usage data — URLs you audit, keywords you research, articles you generate, and how you interact with the Service.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device, and cookies used for security, analytics, and functionality.

2. How we use your information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• To process subscriptions and send service-related communications.
• To connect to third-party services you authorize (e.g. Google Search Console).
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Google Search Console & Google API data

Where you connect a Google account, our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use this data to provide and improve user-facing features and never for advertising. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings.

4. Payments

All payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. When you make a purchase, your payment information is collected and processed directly by Paddle under their own privacy policy and PCI-compliant systems. We receive only limited transaction information (such as your name, email, plan, and payment status) necessary to activate and manage your subscription.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for login and security, and analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may break parts of the Service.

6. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with: (a) service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g. hosting, payment processing, analytics); (b) authorities where required by law; and (c) a successor entity in the event of a merger or acquisition.
