Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SEO Intelligence website at seointelligence.ioand our software tools (the “Service”), operated by SEO Intelligence (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

SEO Intelligence is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides SEO tools, including semantic content generation, keyword research, topical authority auditing, and backlink analysis. We provide software access only; we do not provide done-for-you SEO, marketing, or consulting services, and we do not guarantee any specific search rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions, billing & Merchant of Record

Paid plans are sold on a recurring subscription basis. Paddle.com Market Limited is the Merchant of Record for all purchases made through the Service. This means:

  • When you purchase a plan, you are buying from Paddle, who is an authorized reseller of our software.
  • Your payment will appear on your statement as “PADDLE.NET*” or similar.
  • Paddle handles payment processing, sales tax/VAT, invoicing, refunds, and chargebacks.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.

By completing a purchase you also agree to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Conditions.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  • Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service except where your plan expressly permits it.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or circumvent usage limits or security of the Service.
  • Generate content that is illegal, deceptive, or that violates third-party rights.
  • Share a single-user account across multiple people beyond your plan's seat limits.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you input and the content you generate using the Service. You are solely responsible for that content and for ensuring you have the rights to use it. You grant us a limited license to process your content only as needed to operate the Service.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties such as Google Search Console and Paddle. Your use of those integrations is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

7. AI-generated output

Content produced by our AI tools may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and editing any output before publishing or relying on it. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, originality, or SEO performance of generated content.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular SEO result.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or rankings. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
