Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions and purchases made through SEO Intelligence. Please read it carefully before purchasing.

1. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all billing inquiries, processes refunds, and manages chargebacks. When you purchase a SEO Intelligence subscription, you are purchasing from Paddle, who is authorized to resell our software. Your payment will appear on your statement as “PADDLE.NET*” or similar.

2. Digital product — general policy

SEO Intelligence is a digitally delivered software service. Because access is granted immediately upon subscription, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

• 7-day money-back window: If you are unhappy with a first-time paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided you have not excessively used the Service (for example, generated a large volume of articles or exported large datasets).
• Renewals: Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. You can cancel anytime before your renewal date to avoid being charged.
• Duplicate or accidental charges: Always refunded in full.
• Service not delivered: If a technical fault on our side prevents you from accessing what you paid for and we cannot resolve it, you are entitled to a refund.

Once significant usage has occurred, the product is considered consumed and refunds may be declined at our discretion.

3. How to request a refund

Email [email protected]with your order number and the email used at checkout. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

4. EU / UK customers — right of withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, because our Service provides immediate access to digital content, by completing your purchase and accessing the Service you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access has begun.

5. Paddle’s discretion

Independent of our policy, Paddle reserves the right to issue refunds within 60 days of purchase at its own discretion in order to prevent chargebacks.

6. Chargebacks

If you have any concern about a charge, please contact us or Paddle first — we will work to resolve it quickly. Raising a chargeback without first contacting us, or without legitimate reason, may result in suspension of your account and, under Paddle’s terms, possible additional fees. Paddle will provide transaction evidence to dispute illegitimate chargebacks.
